Ever wonder how to cram as many cool doodads as you can into your drivetrain? Bill in Olympia, WA did just that in is 1949 CJ-3A. He took a T98 transmission and a Spicer 18 transfer case out of 1970 CJ-5, added an overdrive, attached a PTO adapter from Herm the Overdrive Guy (see parts suppliers), then finished everything off with a dual output PTO. The dual PTO will allow Bill to run accessories on both the front and rear of his Willys. Eventhough Bill used a T98 and later T18 transfer case, this setup can be done with the original tranny and t-case. More tech info to follow....
